Founded by Dr. Vinod Tamrakar, Surya N. Bhandari, Dr. Sucheta Vinod Tamrakar, and Pooja Surya Bhandari, Aarogya Jeevan Foundation emerged from 18+ years of witnessing patients who could not afford the healthcare they desperately needed.
Through free health camps, dialysis financial support, specialist doctor consultations, and community awareness programs, we bridge the gap between quality care and those who need it most.
Registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and approved for CSR activities (Reg. No. CSR00106555), every contribution goes directly toward patient care.

Meet the passionate individuals driving our mission forward
Dr. Sucheta Vinod Tamrakar completed her graduation in 2006 and post-graduation in 2008. She has been working in the field of Obstetrics & Gynecology for over 18 years, managing antenatal and postnatal care, all gynaecological cases, and high-risk obstetric patients.
She has extensive experience as a 1st assistant in laparoscopic surgeries and manages obstetric emergencies. Driven by a deep desire to give poor patients affordable, quality treatment, she founded the Aarogya Jeevan Foundation.
Dr. Vinod Tamrakar completed his studies in 2006 and has since been working in Critical Care and Intensive Care Units. He has 18+ years of experience handling critical patients across Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Respiratory diseases, and Dialysis.
Dedicated to providing cost-effective treatment to needy patients, Dr. Vinod specializes in supporting patients with Chronic Kidney Disease by providing dialysis at minimum cost.
Surya N. Bhandari completed his schooling in 2002 and began his career as a salesman in pharmaceutical distribution before starting his own business in 2012. In 2014, he partnered with Dr. Vinod Tamrakar to establish their first hospital — 'Aarogya Hospital'.
What began as a rented facility grew steadily, and by 2025, they built their very own 40-bed superspeciality hospital — 'Aarogya Super Speciality Hospital'. As co-founder, Surya manages operations, administration, and the foundation's outreach programs.
Pooja Surya Bhandari is a dedicated social worker and the founding member of Aarogya Jeevan Foundation, focused on driving meaningful change through healthcare initiatives and community welfare programs.
With a deep commitment to serving the underprivileged, she works tirelessly to ensure that healthcare reaches the most vulnerable sections of society. Her passion for community service and her hands-on approach to welfare programs have been instrumental in shaping the foundation's outreach efforts.
